Training is generally conducted at the Crystal Airport (KMIC) in Crystal,
Minnesota approximately 10 miles
northwest of downtown Minneapolis.
Tom's hangar is located off the Bass Lake Rd entrance to
the airport.
For out-of-town students, there are several hotels in the
local area. Consult the listings in AirNav for details.
Minneapolis International Airport
is a major
hub for Delta Airlines and other major air carriers.
The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul offer a vast variety of
activities from outstanding restaurants, theater,
sports, and world class shopping at the
Mall of America.
